Our Brain is the most important part of our body and it is our duty to keep it healthy and fresh,So what steps should we take to really make our Brains stronger and sharper??


Let's See :


Learning or Mental activity: Learning is a form of exercise to our brain and keeps our brain to improve its thinking ability and also boost its processing power.

So, Now the point is what should we learn? It can be anything from dumbest to hardest but never let your brain rest(It doesn't mean you should not sleep ) it simply means don't let it become lazy.


Physical Exercise: Regular physical activity benefits the brain Animals who exercise regularly increase the number of tiny blood vessels that bring oxygen-rich blood to the region of the brain that is responsible for thought and also develops new nerve cells and increases the connections between brain cells (synapses).

Multiple research studies show that people who are physically active are less likely to experience a decline in mental function and have a lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.


Sleep:We all love to sleep so does our Brain because resting is as important as work,There are some theories that says sleep helps clear abnormal proteins in your brain and consolidates memories, which boosts your overall memory and brain health.

7 to 8 hours of sleep is enough for adults.



Diet: Diet also plays major role in all these steps because Like an expensive car, your brain functions best when it gets only premium fuel Eating high-quality foods that contain lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress — the “waste” (free radicals) produced when the body uses oxygen, which can damage cells. But when high refined or processed food is ingested it may damage the brain

and Multiple studies have found a correlation between a diet high in refined sugars and impaired brain function — and even a worsening of symptoms of mood disorders, such as depression.


These are few steps and will improve the Brain functionality and its activity and keep it healthy.
