LIVING A HEALTHY DAY

EVERYONE WANTS TO LIVE LONGER IN LIFE AND KEEP A FIT BODY THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND BE ACTIVE IN EVERYTHING THEY DO  , BUT SOME OF US  ALWAYS FAIL AND THE REASON OF IT IS NOT KEEPING A HEALTHY WAY OF LIVING YOUR DAY. FOLLOW SOME OF THESE TIPS AS IT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR HEALTHY LIFE


1.DRINKING HOT WATER


EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE EATING ANYTHING DRINK 2-3 GLASSES OF WATER.

THIS REDUCES CONSTIPATION, KEEPS YOU HYDRATED AND IMPROVES THE DIGESTION IN THE BODY AND YOU SHOULD ALSO DRINK HOT WATER AFTER EATING FOOD (HALF AN HOUR AFTER THE MEAL) THIS HELPS BREAKDOWN OF FOOD FASTER THAN FROM DRINKING COLD WATER 

DRINKING HOT WATER IS ALSO SAID TO REDUCE WEIGHT.

DO NOT DRINK EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF HOT WATER BECAUSE IT CAN CAUSE THE LEVEL OF SALT,SODIUM IN THE  BLOOD TO DROP TOO LOW. SO DRINK UP-TO 1 GLASS AFTER MEALS AND 2 GLASSES IN THE MORNING THAT MAKES UP-TO 4 TO 5 GLASSES A DAY AND THAT IS ENOUGH.



2.EXERCISE YOUR BODY


  YOUR BODY HAS TO BE ACTIVE TO KEEP YOUR MENTAL HEALTH ACTIVE .SO ALWAYS DO A SMALL WORKOUT OR YOGA IN A DAY TO KEEP YOUR BODY FLEXIBLE.

DO A 30 min WALK AND 15 min OF NORMAL EXERCISE IN THE MORNING OR EVENING.

EXERCISE HELPS IN KEEPING YOUR BODY POSTURE AND SHAPE MAINTAINED WHICH HELPS IN MANY WAYS OF YOUR LIFE GOALS.

 ALWAYS EXERCISING KEEPS THE BODY TO BE ALWAYS ACTIVE AND RELIEVES WORK STRESS .




3. TRAIN YOUR BRAIN 

BRAIN IS THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL OR THE MAIN FACTOR  EFFECTING EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY SO, TRAIN YOUR BRAIN OR KEEP IT ACTIVE BY DOING THE BRAIN EXERCISE LIKE TEST YOUR RECALL, WRITE SOMETHING , LEARN NEW WORDS AND LANGUAGE AND MOST IMPORTANT MAKE A STRATEGY OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE.


4.MAKE WAY FOR NUTRITION IN BODY


NUTRITION IN THE BODY IS IMPORTANT TO GIVE STRENGTH TO BOTH BODY AND BRAIN .FIRST OF ALL START YOUR BREAKFAST WITH SOME NUTRITIONAL FOODS AND NOT WITH JUNK FOOD,ACCORDING TO STUDIES FOOD EATEN IN THE MORNING   EFFECTS THE MOST IN OUR BODY AND BRAIN. 





SO ALWAYS REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO KEEP A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
